Thank you for choosing iScreenCloud for your hosting needs. Because our web hosting services are purely digital, no physical shipping is required.
1. Instant Activation
  • Most web hosting accounts and services are provisioned automatically.
  • You will receive your access credentials via email within [5–10 minutes] of a successful payment.
2. Delayed Activation (Security Review)
  • Occasionally, orders are flagged for manual fraud review.
  • If your order requires review, activation may take up to [12–24] hours. We will contact you via email if additional verification is needed.
3. Delivery Confirmation
  • Your service is considered "delivered" the moment your welcome email, control panel access (e.g., cPanel), and login details are sent to your registered email address. 
4. Technical Issues
  • If you do not receive your login details within [1 hour], please check your spam folder or contact our support team immediately at support@iscreencloud.net.
